I had a very good experience with Dr. Sanchez. The facility is amazing. Dr. Sanchez does talk a bit fast so pay close attention.
I honestly cannot give a rating higher than one star. She is supposed to be my gastrointestinal doctor, but aside from her profile picture, I couldn’t tell you what she looks like. I had a brief conversation with her that was only three sentences long right before the procedure. All she did was confirm my identity, verify the procedure, and ask if I had any questions. I spent more time with the front desk staff than with “my doctor”. I'm not a fan of Borland Groover in Jacksonville and would not recommend it.
Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience.My appointment was cancelled three separate times without proper notice. When I tried to reschedule, I was told the only way to be seen was to go to a different office entirely. If you actually want to be seen by a doctor, don’t waste your time making an appointment here. They clearly don’t value their patients’ time or trust.
Dr Shah is very patient and helpful and answers all your questions.
I had an appointment with Dr. Ganesh on July 2nd. He prescribed a knee injection that needed insurance approval. My insurance usually approves things within 5 days. However, they did not even bother to submit anything to my insurance until July 18th. Insurance approved the injection the same day but no one at OrthoArizona bothered to follow up and check the system for the approval. She was very serious, competent, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and concerned about my situation.
Doctor was very thorough when explaining my treatment and took the time to answer all my questions.
Dr. Allen is the absolute best at what he does. He's honest, and will tell you the truth without beating around the bush. Friendly and easy to talk to. He doesn't talk down to you or in a condescending way. I wouldn't consider seeing anyone else.
After being misdiagnosed, and maldiagnosed, I was referred to Dr Barlow, and my heath has greatly improved. His upbeat manner and attention to detail combine to personify the best aspects of healthcare. I have a chronic problem, and his advice “Go forward and live your life” was a wake up call. Could not have found a better physician
