My husband has been a patient of this practice for several years, so I contacted them when I was diagnosed with diverticulitis. Dr. Loudon was so kind in explaining my condition and concerns, and I feel confident in his recommendations and treatment.
Dr Barlow was caring informative and very professional in explaining both before procedure and after.
Dr. Lago's a very nice person & took time to sit with me & explain everything to me. The admin staff & coordinators, however, have the personalities of sulfuric acid. I was scheduled for an appointment only to be told two days prior that the Dr. had a procedure that morning & I would have to call to find out around what time to go in to be seen. Dr. Goodman is an excellent physician, explains things well, is very intelligent and kind. His office staff was professional and courteous. I was very nervous about the procedures and he exceeded my expectations and I’m glad I chose him!!I’m grateful that a dedicated doctor like him cared for me!
First off the main office never answers the phone and never returns messages - five attempts over a week and no response. Second, Dr Bhaskar was an assigned replacement for my previous doctor who retired - he is short with patients and brush off multiple request during our meeting for an examination of painful hemorrhoids in favor of examining them a month later during a scheduled colonospy. We have visited Dr. Hartzler for many years but on May 19th he performed a complete knee replacement on me at age 83. He and his assistant Kristin have been absolutely wonderful before, during, and after my replacement. I fell and 'shattered' my shoulder. Dr Hayman and his fabulous assistant Gabby preformed emergence shoulder replacement on my 'shattered' shoulder. Today, with his super surgery skills and follow-ups and recommended Physical Therapy sessions, 6 months later not only can I use my right arm as before, I can swim and snorkel again! I'm age 71 so this is so amazing!
