I was referred to Dr. Ozuna by my PCP for back pain. My case must not have been worth Dr. Ozuna time as he only sent in his PA both appointments. I never met Dr. Ozuna until the second appointment when he accidentally walked into my room when he was looking for another patient. On one of my appointments, the PA could not handle all my questions so they had to send in Dr. Ozuna. Dr. Ozuna was annoyed by my questions. I went to see Dr Ozuna .. unfortunately, due to traffic, I was 15 minutes late for a 11:15 am appointment. I was in pain and needed help. He turned me away. as I was only 15 minutes late. I drove 45,minutes to see him in morning traffic. He would not let me wait. I had to reschedule. I though a drs oath is : Do No Harm Well he did do harm with his arrogance and haughty attitude. I had hesitated to go through with my back surgery with Ozuna because of the lack of interest he seemed to have in answering any of my questions. I ultimately decided to go ahead with it because my pain was increasing dramatically and I did not want to wait any longer. Big mistake. Within a couple of days of the post surgery my pain became unbearable. No call backs from Ozuna. I did have a call back from one of PA's but he gave me no satisfaction. Made me wait over 45 minutes past my appointment time and has absolutely no personality. I will not be back. He acted arrogant and dismissive and he is not worth my time.

Dr. Ozuna helped me out 19 years ago. Spinal fusion L4-L5 , not only is he a caring and talented man but his bedside manner was hilarious. I can only imagine he has gotten even better in his field. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Ozuna is the best in his field of expertise, equaled only by his truly caring for his patients. Dr, Ozuna can truly feel his patient's pain and is able to eliminate most of his patients pain completely or, at the very least, lessens it significantly. Patients come from all over the world to see Dr, Ozuna. We are very fortunate to have him available to us. May he be blessed in direct proportion to his 'second to none' ability to diagnose and prescribe the perfect medical solution.

Dr. Ozuna treated my mother who had been brushed off by several other doctors. He examined her, read her MRIs, explained her condition and how he would fix it. While spine surgery is very scary, Dr. Ozuna was confident and expected a very good outcome - which he provided. He answers all questions and is kind, realistic, and extremely competent. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Ozuna or go to him myself.

This was an awful experience. I would not call Ozuna a doctor. I went to him with sever pain and he did not know what I have. I went to a physiatrist after he failed to diagnose me and the physiatrist knew immediately that I need rotator cuff surgery. Not only Ozuna was completely ignorant but dismissive and down right rude. He should not hold the title doctor or director. Michael Hoda
