Although it was a lengthy wait after my on-time arrival before my appointment actually started, Dr. Ozuna was typically gracious, thorough, kind, good-humored, efficient and, as expected, expert. As a retired trial court judge who always was on the bench at 9:00, I recognize that once the day begins, unexpected things often happen that interfere with scheduling. No harm, no foul. I’m a huge Ozuna fan.

I arrived early and was seen before sitting down. Conveniently able to have X-rays in the office. Would highly recommend this doctor.

Dr Ozuna saved my life way back in 1996-1997. I had been injured in an automobile accident and had 3 herniated discs. As a young mother I was so worried about just being able to take care of my 3 children ( my husband was a merchant marine out to sea for 120 days at a time) so I needed to be healed. My experience with Dr. Ozuna was very good and I’d highly recommend. I first saw him and his team with back and leg pain and his team explained the different potential outcomes in detail and treatment options with the goal of avoiding surgery. I did unfortunately need minor surgery and had the utmost confidence in Dr. Ozuna. I’d highly recommend to anyone.

I was lucky to get an appt for the same day there was a canceled appt while I was o. The phone Dr Ozuna understood my problem and send me for X-rays and today send me for MRI, I know by next week I’ll find out was next, thank you Dr Ozuna for your help

During my initial consult with Dr. Ozuna, he ran 45 minutes late and his staff made no effort to warn me of his tardiness or to manage expectations. When he finally saw me, he was abrupt and dismissive. Although he prescribed me a steriod pack. After taking the pack, there was no resolution to my pain so I ended up coming back to the practice for a follow-up consult where I was met with a very friendly and patient-oriented medical assistant who worked with Dr. Ozuna. So I was recommended by my PCP to Sports Medicine North a few years back. Boy was I grateful when I met and communicated with Dr Ozuna. After receiving the MRI he assured me that surgery was not the route to go and that PT should resolve my problems. Glad I took his suggestion because I'm back up and out and about.

I was referred to Dr. Ozuna after a major back issue changed my life for the worse in the last 6 months. I noticed he had so many 5 star reviews so I was excited that a good specialist will diagnose my problem. I was so wrong. I was 15 minutes early, He made me wait over an hour past my appointment time. Spent 5 minutes with me and then referred me to a pain doctor in the same practice. When I went to see dr Ozuna I couldn’t walk 30 yards without having to sit down! Dr Ozuna took his time and went over my MRI He told me what to expect after surgery! I can’t Thank him enough!! I finally got my life back where I can for miles without a problem! I highly recommend Dr Ozuna!!!
