I was lucky to get an appt for the same day there was a canceled appt while I was o. The phone Dr Ozuna understood my problem and send me for X-rays and today send me for MRI, I know by next week I’ll find out was next, thank you Dr Ozuna for your help

During my initial consult with Dr. Ozuna, he ran 45 minutes late and his staff made no effort to warn me of his tardiness or to manage expectations. When he finally saw me, he was abrupt and dismissive. Although he prescribed me a steriod pack. After taking the pack, there was no resolution to my pain so I ended up coming back to the practice for a follow-up consult where I was met with a very friendly and patient-oriented medical assistant who worked with Dr. Ozuna. So I was recommended by my PCP to Sports Medicine North a few years back. Boy was I grateful when I met and communicated with Dr Ozuna. After receiving the MRI he assured me that surgery was not the route to go and that PT should resolve my problems. Glad I took his suggestion because I'm back up and out and about.

I was referred to Dr. Ozuna after a major back issue changed my life for the worse in the last 6 months. I noticed he had so many 5 star reviews so I was excited that a good specialist will diagnose my problem. I was so wrong. I was 15 minutes early, He made me wait over an hour past my appointment time. Spent 5 minutes with me and then referred me to a pain doctor in the same practice. When I went to see dr Ozuna I couldn’t walk 30 yards without having to sit down! Dr Ozuna took his time and went over my MRI He told me what to expect after surgery! I can’t Thank him enough!! I finally got my life back where I can for miles without a problem! I highly recommend Dr Ozuna!!!

I was referred to Dr. Ozuna by my PCP for back pain. My case must not have been worth Dr. Ozuna time as he only sent in his PA both appointments. I never met Dr. Ozuna until the second appointment when he accidentally walked into my room when he was looking for another patient. On one of my appointments, the PA could not handle all my questions so they had to send in Dr. Ozuna. Dr. Ozuna was annoyed by my questions. I went to see Dr Ozuna .. unfortunately, due to traffic, I was 15 minutes late for a 11:15 am appointment. I was in pain and needed help. He turned me away. as I was only 15 minutes late. I drove 45,minutes to see him in morning traffic. He would not let me wait. I had to reschedule. I though a drs oath is : Do No Harm Well he did do harm with his arrogance and haughty attitude. I had hesitated to go through with my back surgery with Ozuna because of the lack of interest he seemed to have in answering any of my questions. I ultimately decided to go ahead with it because my pain was increasing dramatically and I did not want to wait any longer. Big mistake. Within a couple of days of the post surgery my pain became unbearable. No call backs from Ozuna. I did have a call back from one of PA's but he gave me no satisfaction. Made me wait over 45 minutes past my appointment time and has absolutely no personality. I will not be back. He acted arrogant and dismissive and he is not worth my time.
