I felt that he didn't acknowledge the pain that I was having for a long time. Said he'd do me a favor by providing the name of the scheduler for a cortizone shot.
Does not care about patient history and shows little patience besides his own ego. Don’t waste your time unless you have to see this doctor for a surgery. Otherwise you will get no where and you’ll be back to square one. If it’s not obvious or a bone sticking out of your body he won’t help you figure anything out! Don’t waste your time if you’re looking for information on why you are in pain, he will just send you to pain management and give you ZERO reason why you are in pain.
His concern for my issue and explained what needed to be done in great detail.
efficient and friendly staff, very clean and sunny surroundings, great explanation from Dr Ozuna re: results of x-rays including review of copy of film.
I went to see Dr. Ozuna for lower back pain. Dr . Ozuna asked a series of questions and ran me through a few observational tests then explained the different scenarios of what the pain could be and advised what he thought it was. . I was sent for x-rays that supported what Dr Ozuna thought it was then clearly described a few options for treatment ultimately leaving the decision to me. I am extremely happy with my choice of Dr Ozuna as my specialist.

He has corrected my back issues and I can't say enough good things about the way he's taken care of me.
Dr. Ozuna performed a double Mobi-C disk replacement in my neck, C5-C7, in April 2024. Before the surgery, I was having constant pain and stiffness in my neck and shoulders, and had started having balance issues. My disks were protruding into my spinal cord and I had stenosis crushing my exiting nerves. Now I'm feeling great and riding my bike without any pain! I have no restrictions. Thank you very much for your care and expertise, Dr. Ozuna!
PA was thorough. I did not see the doctor. However, I was told I would get a call to schedule an MRI and haven’t yet received that call.
