I went to Dr Ozuna because I was experiencing some burning pens and needle sensations in a few of my extremities along with numbness. He took a lot of tests, MRI, ENG, along with a list of questions about my overall health and pain. My journey started a few years ago. Through out my time Dr. Ozuna showed compassion and explained all the steps and treatments I would need. He is truly my hero!
I felt that he didn't acknowledge the pain that I was having for a long time. Said he'd do me a favor by providing the name of the scheduler for a cortizone shot.
Does not care about patient history and shows little patience besides his own ego. Don’t waste your time unless you have to see this doctor for a surgery. Otherwise you will get no where and you’ll be back to square one. If it’s not obvious or a bone sticking out of your body he won’t help you figure anything out! Don’t waste your time if you’re looking for information on why you are in pain, he will just send you to pain management and give you ZERO reason why you are in pain.
His concern for my issue and explained what needed to be done in great detail.
