It was my first visit. Randy introduced herself as she called my name from the waiting room, which was the initial clue that this dental practice was different. Many, many doctors and dental offices staff regularly neglect this simple act of courtesy. I was very surprised when Dr. Lepard narrowed my many issues to the one the one that has bothered me for the last 15 years and had been either ignored or explained away without investigation.
