I was looking for a new dentist/hygienist after leaving my too-busy-to-be-nice-lacking-customer-service-dental office. My initial experience was the phone call with Lindsay. She could not have been nicer! Provided me with all the details I needed and worked with me to meet my appointment time needs. THEN, I got my appt reminder via text (twice!) which I greatly appreciate with my busy schedule. It's nice to see a medical/dental professional using technology! Absolutely wonderful experience this afternoon. It was my first time to the dentist in 15 years. The incredibly friendly staff made the entire process very simple for me! Mrs. Lindsay was incredibly helpful. Very grateful for this practice and their professionalism! Looking forward to the future with them! I highly recommend Dr. Lepard!
I've been a patient of Dr. Lepard's for several years, and it's always great to see them (even when the treatments are less than pleasant, LOL). The staff is always awesome -- it's like seeing friends every 4 months -- and I feel that he's taken really good care of my teeth. They're absolutely worth the drive from Dallas.
Best dentist and team ever!!!! They are very gentle, very upfront and work with you no matter what. You won't hate going to the dentist if you go see Dr. Lepard and Lindsey!
The service was thorough and efficient! The technician took time to do what was necessary. Also Dr Lepard discussed a problem with me and provided options.
I had a piece of my bridge break off with my vacation quickly approaching. Dr lepard was able to do a great job creating a temporary and had the permanent bridge come in quicker than I thought was possible to save my vacation. Bridge looks great, many thanks to Dr. Lepard and his assistant.
This was my first visit to Dr Lepard's office and hygienist was great. She explained everything beforehand. I get so anxious when visiting the dentist and they reassured me that they would do anything I needed to make me comfortable. Thanks again.
