I went in to have trays made to whiten my teeth. I didn't have to wait at all to be scene, which is unheard of at any medical office. The lady who made the trays was very nice. She explained the whole process so I was informed and comfortable and was very gentle when actually making the molds. She didn't try to pressure me into buying any extra teeth cleanings or products either.
My front tooth cracked in half. The office got me in right away and fixed my tooth in about an hour. Lifesavers!!!
I have just become a patient of this office and I think that the hygienist that cleaned my teeth is the best that I have ever had. Dr Lepard looked at a couple of issues with my teeth and he was very professional and I felt extremely comfortable with his diagnosis.
I am a big baby when it comes to going to the dentist. Dr. Lepard and his staff have put me at ease from my first appointment. They were kind enough to explain in language I could understand what was going on inside my mouth and to actually put together an action plan in order of importance specifically for me. I had an appointment at Dr. Lepard's office today. I was extremely pleased with their professionalism and kindness. It's rare to find a dentist's office with staff who understand your apprehension to treatment and they do. I would highly recommend them!

By far the friendliest staff I have ever dealt with at a dentist's office. Communication from Dr. Lepard and his staff is excellent and they are all very thorough at explaining everything to you.
They are great with kids! My son is 5 and was very comfortable at his appointment. Today he just went it for a cleaning, but they explained everything to him and talked about the importance of good brushing.
