It was my first visit. Randy introduced herself as she called my name from the waiting room, which was the initial clue that this dental practice was different. Many, many doctors and dental offices staff regularly neglect this simple act of courtesy. Great experience. I went in for what I knew was going to be a rather long procedure. Dr. Lepard and his staff did everything in their power to make sure I was comfortable the entire time, and that the job was done right. Lindsay helped me overcome my phobia of the dentist! I have had a lot of dental problems and hated going to the dentist. I'm now going every 6 months. All the staff takes their time with you and explains everything in detail. They try hard to make you as comfortable as possible. I had very little pain.
