The receptionist is absolutely atrocious to speak with. She is entirely disrespectful, short, and rude in her dealings with patients. She has been unhelpful in trying to resolve a scheduling concern, and makes you feel extremely belittled and small as not only a patient, but human being. Staff are very friendly
The doctor that I see here is amazing, but the receptionist is beyond brutal to speak to. The lady that works the phone never returns messages. Will put you on hold and never pickup again. And when you call back she will send you straight to voicemail. I’ve been on hold for 30-40 minutes realizing she will never pickup again and when I call back, I automatically get voicemail.
