I was told the infection in my ingrown toenail would go away once he did the procedure on the ingrown nail, now 2 weeks after the procedure and it is still infected and is very painful. This podiatrist is awful and are definitely just in it for the money, I can say this with confidence knowing they also tried to get me to pay a larger amount of money after an appointment when I didn’t have to pay that amount in full then and there via my insurance.
Every single time that I have ever been to the office a tissue sample was taken for testing, every time. My insurance does not cover the $300+ cost but it is insisted as being necessary. Just fix what I came in for and stop bleeding the system.
I found Dr. Dibacco by searching for in network providers. I had been struggling with severe foot pain for the past few years and definitely needed to address it. From day one, I felt welcomed and like I was valued as a patient. The exam was thorough, and ultimately surgery was the answer. Easily the worst doctor I have ever been to. I felt he did not listen to me when I described my symptoms, talked over me, and his entire staff has been incredibly rude and unhelpful. He ended up misdiagnosing me and kept me in a walking boot for nine weeks, which caused its own problems as that is much longer than a boot should be used. In the end, I would have been better off not going to see any doctor rather than go to him as he actually caused me harm.
I had a real bad toenail which had fungus and was infected, he removed the nail and got it all fixed for me. Everyone in the office is very friendly.
