Zacc was awesome and very patient for how many units we looked at and the amount of laps we made around the lot. Never thought I would ever be able afford such a great unit. They made the effort and got the payments right where I wanted and that made it all possible for me to purchase my very first unit. Thanks Zacc!!!! And thank you Rich & Sons!!!!

I bought a new Trailrunner from Rich & Sons. I can't believe what a good deal I got. I checked with multiple online dealerships, and they were priced the same. Plus I got customized service from Rich & Sons. The other online sites said I could pick up the trailer at Indiana but would need to "figure it out" on my own. They also promised me that any Heartland dealer would have to do my warranty. I contacted Heartland directly and they said that was untrue. I would like to express my gratitude to the service department and in particular Aaron. Aaron went above and beyond taking care of my equipment, he treated me with the utmost respect. The service manager also came out and showed us a few tricks on using my awning. Thanks to all the folks at Rich and Sons for a great experience and I highly recommend them for all your RV needs.

Purchased our 5th wheel from rich and son's in 2013. What a great experience. We've recommended Rich and Son's to our friends. We've requested a few changes and fixed to our camper and it was a breeze. We wouldn't go anywhere else to purchase a camper.

From the very beginning of our buying experience, we've been impressed with everyone we've had contact with. We purchased a new fifth wheel camper during their RV show. Our salesman, Dave, showed us many campers that fit our needs. Impressed with the inventory. The Parts and Service departments have been extremely helpful and have done great installations. We can call any time and get the answers we need. The initial walk-through and instructions were very helpful. The Warranty Forever is a definite PLUS. We would recommend Rich & Sons RV to anyone looking for quality products and excellent customer service.

We have been Rich and Sons satisfied customers since before 2000. The parts department has always given us advice on how to solve any problems we have had. They are very knowledgeable and willing to take time to help. We really like their new showroom with a good variety of accessories and maintenance items. We recently had a damaged slide-out cover replaced and are very happy with the results.
