Our first experience with Rich and Sons was at the Winter RV show in Grand Island. They were very professional and their employees were very visible, easy to talk to, and willing to answer questions. We met personally with Ron, who was very helpful. We purchased our RV from Ron. He was helpful in finding what we needed and respectful of the budget we had in mind. Their RV lots were clean and easily accessible even in the winter time. We would recommend Rich and Sons to anyone looking for a camper.

Rich was very helpful. We had a little glitch with our refrigerator and he came out walked us through the issues and didn't charge a penny. What a sweet young man.

Really helpful on absolutely everything! The walk around after the purchase was very well explained about all components on our camper. The salesman was very friendly and made sure our needs were met and the finance department worked very hard to get me the best deal on our monthly payment and interest rates. Had a leaky toilet valve when we hooked up water for the first time and went to the parts department a week later to buy a new one and they took the price tag off and just gave us the new toilet valve. We recently stopped on way through for a repair. Even though had no repair staff on hand they went out of their way to not only find parts but help put them on. Every staff member we ran into was friendly to visit with & we truly appreciate their good character to our family to get us back on our way to our family vacation!

My Fiance and I bought a camper from Brian for our Honeymoon this coming June. He did a great job asking all the proper questions to get us into the best camper possibly for our needs! Even 3 months after our purchase, he's still taking care of us! We recently went camping and realized we needed a remote to control a lot of things in the camper. Brian went out of his way to find one and mail it to us! Now that's service! Keep up the great work. We will without a doubt be back when we are ready to upgrade!

Great group of people to work with! Even though they were swamped on the day we showed up, there was absolutely no push for us to hurry up and buy, so they could move to the next person. Very curtious, with showning us comparable trailers, gave us time to look everything over, and decide for ourselves. Great job guys and gals! nothing but 100% satisfied, from the point of us walking in all the way to end of our purchase. I can honestly say they have gained a customer for life!
