Excellent honest service! We stopped here for some parts and they gave us exactly what we needed, friendly service too. Above and beyond.

Excellent customer service. We dropped our toy hauler off to have a second AC installed and some other repairs done. They did a great job and left no mess behind for a fair price. We will definitely go back. They were able to get us in right away too.
What a great service center. Had an acccident with AC. Had one, worked us in on the road. Nice nice people, large parts store. Also RV sales.
We purchased our Columbus fifth wheel last year at one of Rich&Sons rv shows. Our service has been outstanding. The courtesy and rapport with the staff is simply great. We almost forgot about getting our included service check done if they hadnâ??t reminded us via email. I recommend this business every chance I get. Pricey? Maybe, but the service I get back is worth it.
