We had a fantastic experience renting a camper from Linda! It is such a simple process and that is because of Linda. I contacted her by phone and when I arrived everything was done and ready go. We went through the checklist and I was off. The check out and check in papers we a great thing, especially for someone new to camping. We were able to drop it off after hours with no issues. We bought a new, to us, camper from Rich and Sons in March. All our questions were answered and many we never thought to ask. A complete walk through on all the workings of our new camper was gone over before we left their lot. We have always had great service on any problems needed addressed on our previous camper and we are very pleased with all services provided by Rich & Sons.

We have been doing business with Rich & Sons since 2008. We have always found them to be most courteous. This is our first time owing a travel trailer. We have owned Class A and Class C motorhomes since 1980.
