Tiered pricing reflecting a stylist experience within the industry, all graduates of our academy. We attend annual trips to London's famed hair show, salon international.Annual cutting and coloring trends are a requirement of our stylist. Attached but separate is Hero Barbering, our new age barbershop.

Dan, Leah, all staff are the best! Dan is the best. When you don't like something, he immediately finds a remedy. I love going there. I go to Leah, she is really the greatest! I followed her from Top of the Class to the salon. She listens to what I want, shares her opinion, and together we decide on what will look good. My hair is important to me. The stylists and especially Dan know that.....great place!!!!!
sec I have NEVER had a bad experience at Ricci's Hair Salon. I have been going there for years to have my haircut and colored. If I ever had a problem with the color my hairstylist would have no problem in fixing it. All of the receptionists are EXTREMELY friendly and accomodating.
Ricci's Salon & Spa should weed out bad stylists. You get what you pay for. I received a certificate in the mail for a free haircut. Since I was looking for a new stylist, I accepted the offer. The stylist told me he had been there for 3-years. I told him exactly what I wanted (a simple bob) and he proceeded to destroy my hair. I actually had "bangs" in the back of my head. 5 STARS FOR CUTS / 2 STARS FOR COLOR I had gone to Riccis numerous times and have NEVER been dissapointed with a cut...NEVER...and I have very straight hair and is hard to work with and it allways complimented me. However, only one out of four times did I get a good color and for the price it should allways be a good color, The last time I had a color, it came out within a week after spending some $250. I am a customer of Ricci's salon now because a friend of mine recommended Ricci's Salon and I went for a haircut.I was very happy about the cut since my hair is very fine and only few people know how to cut it.I liked the salon and the atmosphere there, everyone was very friendly and I had the feeling I was listened to and got what I wanted.A week later I went back for a coloring and it came out totally awesome!! Top of the Class!! Great service! I am glad to see that there are options for those who may not be able to afford higher priced services. I went to "top of the class". I see another review from a Jolene that claims she went to "top of the head". I don't think this is the same place, but I had a great experience with my color and cut! Ricci's Salons & Spas is the pits! I had the worse experience ever in a salon at the Top of the Head. The stylist did not listen to what I wanted. I left with yellow/red hair and I have dark brown/black hair. She dripped dye all over the place as she was putting it on my hair. She put it on my eye brows because she had screwed up the color of my hair so bad that my eye brows had to be colored to match. Bad Client Review I happened to be at the hero barber shop when the lady Cindy C. came in to resolve an issue with her son's haircut. This women was out of control and everyone in the barbershop as well as the parking lot witnessed it. We all felt sorry for her young son who would not even get out of the car. ALL HYPE / NO SUBSTANCE No wonder Ricci's Salon/Hero Barbering prints coupons to get people in the door. It got me and my son in and now he's got a terrible, uneven, and hacked off haircut and the owner offers no apology for it. My son was so traumatized, he won't let anyone even try to fix it. This place is over rated, over priced and underwhelming. Get your hair cut some place else. This place is a joke.
