Tiered pricing reflecting a stylist experience within the industry, all graduates of our academy. We attend annual trips to London's famed hair show, salon international.Annual cutting and coloring trends are a requirement of our stylist. Attached but separate is Hero Barbering, our new age barbershop.

Fantastic for cuts, Up-dos, and everything else hair related! Ricci's is a very special salon. Their staff is top-notch and really listen to what you want and what you have to say about it. Their stylists are superb. And if you are looking for a less expensive cut, the school aspect is also supposed to be great for cuts and colors. Ricci's Salon & Spa should weed out bad stylists. You get what you pay for. I received a certificate in the mail for a free haircut. Since I was looking for a new stylist, I accepted the offer. The stylist told me he had been there for 3-years. I told him exactly what I wanted (a simple bob) and he proceeded to destroy my hair. I actually had "bangs" in the back of my head. Good cut and color I have had several cuts and color and have been happy with the level of expertise. It is a bit pricey but worth it; the place is clean and pleasant. My only frustration has been recieving mail offers from them for a free cut or color and then when I call to schedule, they tell me I cannot recieve it because I am already a customer and when I then tried to make it for my daughter, they wouldn't transfer the offer.
A great salon ! I've gone to Ricci's a number of times and have always been quite pleased. They are located in a very nice section of town and there is plenty of parking...you may want to bring in a pic which is pretty common these days because they are always packed when I go and I want to make sure they have the time to understand the cut that I'm looking for. Something for everyone! What a smart idea to have staff levels! Especially in this economy! I had a wonderful experience at Ricci's, and the price was great! I didn't feel awkward not being able to afford the highest level, the receptionist assured me I would be happy at any level and I was. 12-Year-Old Gets Bad Cut but no Apology from Owner - BAD SERVICE My son got a terrible haircut from Ricci's Salon/Hero Barbering and Dan the owner refused to see him for a scheduled appointment 2 weeks after the offending haircut, just steps outside the store to avoid further embarrassment to the child. Great Service and Services Hi, I've been a client at Ricci's for well 8 or 9 years now...I just want to say first that Megan is great! She's nice and gentle and friendly and she does a good job with my color. I never tried the Spa before, but received a discount card in the mail recently, so I thought I would try a quick Massage. Nasty receptionists Stylists are pretty good but the front desk receptionists ruin it. Customer Service is lacking and appointments are always running behind. Not worth getting through the "bit**" in the front to get a hair cut.
Love it!!! I have gone to Ricci's for years!! I have a crazy schedule so wherever there is an opening with whatever stylist, I grab it!! I have never been unhappy with my color or my cut, these are stylists who know what they are doing and do it well. They are a very busy salon and the receptionists are more then willing to accommodate my needs every time I call. I love it at Ricci's and I would never trust anyone else with my hair!!!!
