Tiered pricing reflecting a stylist experience within the industry, all graduates of our academy. We attend annual trips to London's famed hair show, salon international.Annual cutting and coloring trends are a requirement of our stylist. Attached but separate is Hero Barbering, our new age barbershop.

Receptionist lovely, hair stylist ruined the experience for me I went to Ricci's on a recommendation and was very dissappointed-Although the receptionist was lovely and the salon had a nice ambiance. -But Andrea the stylist was late by 25 minutes, she was a miserable person with no personality. Great People, Great Environment, Great Salon and Spa I have been going to Ricci's Salon and Spa for just about 10 years, and I will NEVER go anywhere else. When you first walk into the Salon, you are greeted with a friendly 'hello' from one of the women behind the receptionist desk. Nice, convenient- but not good hair I've been going to Ricci's and Hero for years- it's so convenient, but I have to say that I've had more bad haircuts than good ones. Between me and my kids, I've had to return back to fix unsatisfactory work 3 times!! I had makeup done- had to go home and remove HUGE clumps in mascara. They are nice there, but I rarely walk out happy. I need to find a new place.
Horrible! I went to Top Of The Class and they butchered my hair. It looks absolutely embarrassing. I could have done a better job cutting it myself. I tried this place because my friend recommended it to me because it is cheaper than the salon I normally go to, but you really do get what you pay for. Maybe the salon is better, but I am never going to Top Of The Class again.
Love! There are so many options at Ricci's Salon and Spa! There are different levels of stylists and prices to match! Everyone is friendly and I honestly have never had a bad experience there. I have been a loyal customer for 9 years and it keeps getting better! Also, the owner is very accomodating to everyone's needs!
Dan, Leah, all staff are the best! Dan is the best. When you don't like something, he immediately finds a remedy. I love going there. I go to Leah, she is really the greatest! I followed her from Top of the Class to the salon. She listens to what I want, shares her opinion, and together we decide on what will look good. My hair is important to me. The stylists and especially Dan know that.....great place!!!!!
ALL HYPE / NO SUBSTANCE No wonder Ricci's Salon/Hero Barbering prints coupons to get people in the door. It got me and my son in and now he's got a terrible, uneven, and hacked off haircut and the owner offers no apology for it. My son was so traumatized, he won't let anyone even try to fix it. This place is over rated, over priced and underwhelming. Get your hair cut some place else. This place is a joke.
Bad Client Review I happened to be at the hero barber shop when the lady Cindy C. came in to resolve an issue with her son's haircut. This women was out of control and everyone in the barbershop as well as the parking lot witnessed it. We all felt sorry for her young son who would not even get out of the car. I felt so sorry for the owner who was giving her one option after another standing behind his company.She would accept nothing! Just wanted to make a scene and she succeeded.
