Patience needed sometimes.... In response to InterestedS....It is not the receptionist's fault when a stylist runs behind. Sometimes the client before you is late or something else has caused them to run behind. As salons go, this one is great! These stylists work very hard and time is money, so I doubt they like running behind either. Sometimes you have to be patient and think about how hard everyone is working to make you happy. Nice, convenient- but not good hair I've been going to Ricci's and Hero for years- it's so convenient, but I have to say that I've had more bad haircuts than good ones. Between me and my kids, I've had to return back to fix unsatisfactory work 3 times!! I had makeup done- had to go home and remove HUGE clumps in mascara. They are nice there, but I rarely walk out happy. I need to find a new place.
Nasty receptionists Stylists are pretty good but the front desk receptionists ruin it. Customer Service is lacking and appointments are always running behind. Not worth getting through the "bit**" in the front to get a hair cut.
12-Year-Old Gets Bad Cut but no Apology from Owner - BAD SERVICE My son got a terrible haircut from Ricci's Salon/Hero Barbering and Dan the owner refused to see him for a scheduled appointment 2 weeks after the offending haircut, just steps outside the store to avoid further embarrassment to the child. Love! There are so many options at Ricci's Salon and Spa! There are different levels of stylists and prices to match! Everyone is friendly and I honestly have never had a bad experience there. I have been a loyal customer for 9 years and it keeps getting better! Also, the owner is very accomodating to everyone's needs!
Love it!!! I have gone to Ricci's for years!! I have a crazy schedule so wherever there is an opening with whatever stylist, I grab it!! I have never been unhappy with my color or my cut, these are stylists who know what they are doing and do it well. They are a very busy salon and the receptionists are more then willing to accommodate my needs every time I call. I love it at Ricci's and I would never trust anyone else with my hair!!!!
riccis is the place to go for a cut! Riccis salon and spa is a excellent choice for you hair care needs. All styles are friendly and well trained. They have the best products for a good price.

Some stylists better than others I have been going to Ricci's on and off for the last 13 years. I started off going to Melissa but was never truly happy. The most recent time I went to her was about 2 years ago and had to return a week later because she left dark splotches of low light in my hair then claimed it was already there (really?).
