We attend annual trips to London's famed hair show, salon international.Annual cutting and coloring trends are a requirement of our stylist. Ricci's Salons & Spas is the pits! I had the worse experience ever in a salon at the Top of the Head. The stylist did not listen to what I wanted. I left with yellow/red hair and I have dark brown/black hair. She dripped dye all over the place as she was putting it on my hair. She put it on my eye brows because she had screwed up the color of my hair so bad that my eye brows had to be colored to match. Great Salon I had my hair done some where else and it was pretty bad! My friend told me to go to Ricci's Salon the Color Experts and they were great, they totally listened to what I wanted and were able to fix the prior mistake!! My stylist was very nice, and I would recommend this salon to anyone! It's worth the cost!
Patience needed sometimes.... In response to InterestedS....It is not the receptionist's fault when a stylist runs behind. Sometimes the client before you is late or something else has caused them to run behind. As salons go, this one is great! These stylists work very hard and time is money, so I doubt they like running behind either. Sometimes you have to be patient and think about how hard everyone is working to make you happy. Good cut Overall, whenever i have been to Riccis, I have always recieved a good cut and have never been horrified. Any color I had gotten done looked natural and my stylists were always very nice. Very professional, clean salon with trained stylists (at the salon, not the academy). The only problem I have ever had was getting a free haircut: they gave me a hard time about getting a free cut because I had my hair cut 2 years prior to the offer.
Top of the Class!! Great service! I am glad to see that there are options for those who may not be able to afford higher priced services. I went to "top of the class". I see another review from a Jolene that claims she went to "top of the head". I don't think this is the same place, but I had a great experience with my color and cut! Low class joint-all hype! This place is a rip off. Stylist did a crap job on my color twice and staff is nasty, rude and unprofessional. I will never go there again. For the money they charge, I will be happy to go elsewhere. I am from NY and have been to good hair salons. This is not one of them. If you have high expectations, don't go here. You'll be sorry you did.
this place is great! I'm sorry but i have to disagree with that comment about how terrible Ricci's Salon is. I received a gift card for Ricci's from my son for Christmas and I had never been there before so I was a little nervous because I have been seeing the same hairdresser for the past 15 years, but I still went to try it out and to use the gift card. riccis is the place to go for a cut! Riccis salon and spa is a excellent choice for you hair care needs. All styles are friendly and well trained. They have the best products for a good price.
Mother/Daugther Hair Cuts Succcess! I treated my daughter to a hair cut (reasonably priced at $15) with Ashley. I knew my daughter was pretty - but this haircut really makes a difference. Beautiful doesn't begin to describe the results. I went in for my cut today, and came home looking years younger. This is a great place - the people are friendly, and take time to make sure your cut is perfect. I would definitely recommend Ricci's and would tell you to ask for Ashley.
