Give it another shot the new GM Sarah is doing a super job. The food and service is amazing now! Ashlyn was our server and if you are lucky enough to have her you are in great hands! This coming from someone who said they would never be back and here I am saying this! Please give them a shot again super happy to say this!
Here are the reasons our family won't be back: 1) Waiting for 25+ minutes on silverware after asking 3 different employees, 2) retrieving condiments on our own from other tables because no staff were around, 3) being treated like we were an inconvenience from the minute we walked in the door, etc. It's clear that your employees, no matter how busy or slow, do not care to represent the brand of your company. No matter how good your food is, if the customer experience isn't valued, our family won't invest in your company.
Have had the Smokin’ Chicken Nachos many times and loved them. After being away for 6 months, yesterday I was disappointed in the nachos. The serving was about half the size it was before, very little chicken and cheese, and no pico, sour cream, or salsa. All new employees and slow service. Very disappointing!
We have 5 or 6 bbq restaurants in Sedalia and we drive the half hour to come here because the bbq is consistent and always good!!
Will not eat the Ribs from three years back was not fall off bone kind rib I like. Had a pullpork and it was a 5 star
The servers are great, the food is delicious. My current favorite is the bacon ranch chicken nachos.
