The last two times, my family has visited rib crib, tonight included, the food has been miserable. The service was good, but food was gross. I had ribs which were greasy, and brisket which they only gave me two small pieces of, they brought me more after complaining and they looked completely different ( first stuff was extremely old). Ribcrib food is extremely disappointing. My spouses food was also dry and tasted old.
It's just not good. No seasoning, no flavor, just don't waste your money.
Honestly love Rib Crib. Used to go to the one in Independence every week on Tuesday nights for AYCE ribs. Been to the one in Branson several times. We live in Peculiar, about an hour drive from warrensburg. Took the time to plan our night around headed to RibCrib to eat since I haven’t been in over a year since the Independence one closed. Got there and the sign on the door said they had NO FRIED FOOD. That covers 90% of the sides and 100% of what my 3 year old will eat. The ribs I was served looked like they just put some rub on it and put it in the oven, it had no bark and did not taste like there was any smoke at all. And then when I tried to bring it up to the management's attention, they tried to tell me that it was smoked. Please, I know what smoked bbq ribs are supposed to look and taste like, I've had good ribs at that location in the past.
