Foods good. PAY CASH. USED MY CARD ON THE 14TH AT RIBCRIB. CHARGED 139.75 DOLLARS AT A GAS STATION IN RAYTOWN MO 3 DAYS LATER. I called my bank to tell them of the fraud. They asked if I'd ate RibCrib in last couple days I said yes. Said there has been multiple fraud charges couple days after people having eaten there. Said Warrensburg Police Dept already investigating it
We went there tonight, 10/30. Ordered food and an appetizer- potato skins that were on special. Never saw our waitress again for an hour until the meal was ready, so we couldn't even ask about it. Never did get our appetizer but all the waitress said was sorry and she'd take it off our bill. Never got so much as a single drink refill either. Horrible, painfully slow service. Didn't take a single extra penny off our bill, even though our order was messed up and we waited over an hour. Won't be going back.

most disappointing meal ever! been doing yard work today.. wanted BBQ. rude curbside pickup...small sides...not worth $30. I will not ever go back!
Have gotten sick twice from eating there. First time ribs that were raw in the middle. After a couple of years took a chance that things were improved--sick again--pulled pork sandwich with cold meat. Lesson learned.
Ruined 2 Easter Dinners. A young lady took an order for 2 Easter Meals. Took our phonenumber and even said ok only BlackBerry cobbler is left. When we arrive to pick up at arranged pick up time, we're told they don't have it.
called in order for 2 Easter Dinners that were advertised for $79.99 each. Arrived at arranged time and was told they do not have our order. No record. Happy Easter!
Not sure what to think-I called Rib Crib 11 minutes ago to place an order for carry out. I was immediately told to hold and the female employee set the phone down (not on hold), so I got to listen to her and a male employee go back and forth about something pertaining to another order. Then the male employee shouted that someone just stole over $100 from him. Then he said the night was a big mess and followed that up by saying he just found the missing money. I've been going here for awhile. I haven't had any issues even before i worked for them. the Ribs and Chicken dyno salad are my favorites and have never disappointed me. I also enjoy their 2 meat combo with chicken and Turkey along with the mixed drink options!
