This was our first time at Rib Crib and we're all glad we found you and we will be back. I want to post a photo but no option. I had The Club and it was delicious so much food. My husband had the Surf and Turf lol Ribs and Shrimp and our son the Barbarrito with the Queso everything was yummy and the wait staff was on point.
Hour wait before we received our cold food. Waitress forgot to fill our glasses. Will be a long time before we eat here again.
I dined here 6/18/18, and my server was GREAT, but I could not say the same for the ribs, unfortunately. Half slab St Louis style original, very mushy and over-cooked, no firmness, and very little smoke flavor. I have dined at Rib Crib from time to time for the last 20-30 years starting with the Branson location, I know they can be MUCH better. I usually don’t leave poor reviews, but it was just not anything like it was when I last visited a few months ago.
Food and service were both great!!
Don't know where to begin, 4:45PM and all we get are lists of food they do not have. No silverware on table, had to walk up front just to get a water. Ordered salads, wilted and old lettuce, returned. Waitress quit waiting on our table, Manager avoided us until he absolutely had to come over... this is the second time we have given this place a try. Used to be great, now, lousy management, filthy kitchen, cooks and staff standing around talking while people wait for food... will be reaching out to corporate tomorrow. Sad thi... read more
Nasty..take out grease and food smeared on containers ...food looked as if it was a day or two old buffet another fast food on the way out.
The furnace was broken they didn't tell anyone no note on the door. When I asked the server joking, "is your furnace broken", He said actually yes it is. It unfortunately is not the same Rib Crib it used to be.
