I had the pleasure to work there during my college career for 3 years. Great place to work and eat at! Great staff and management! Customer service is great...servers there are all balls of sunshine!

Just about choked on a large, sharp bone in my BONELESS chicken sandwich. Called to let them know, and manager was "too busy" to take my call, even after explaining the problem. I got in the car and went back up there. Manager never apologized for the bone and only refunded my money after I requested it. Horrible customer service. I will not be returning. Completely unacceptable. ..
