This is an amazing restaurant with the best ribs in Southern Utah and the loaded baked potato was delicious as well. Wonderful service, atmosphere, and prices we'll definitely be going back and will tell others to visit as well!
Great food, prices and staff. Only issue were servers. Started with the bartender who explained specials, took drink order only to be "subbed" out by another woman. Felt bad for her. I know tips are a big part of their income. I hope she tipped out the bartender.

Great food and service. We drive from Cedar City to St. George just to eat here. The fried green tomato appetizer, that is covered in lump crab meat and two yummy sauces, is a must have. My husband had the 2 pound bone in rib eye special and it was cooked to perfecion. I had the jambalaya which was fabulous and you get a huge portion; perfect for leftovers! Busy......this place is packed on Friday and Saturday night...... The reason? Great food. Get a reservation, but be prepared to wait because this place has been discovered!!!
I've recently started to have lunch at The Chop due to Players closing. Been very happy with the venue, service, food and price. Been having the soup and its wonderful.
