Food was excellent and waitress was very nice and professional

Cooks in the back do not wear gloves. Your steaks will be touched by bare hands by at least two to three people before it reaches your table. They also use the microwave to speed up cooking when they are in a rush and steaks aren't cooked correctly. Sexual harassment is a huge issue at this restaurant and managers turn a blind eye. Multiple people have quit working at this restaurant and do not receive their last paycheck. Appetizers were great. Entrees were really good too! Big portions, also!
The hostess and the manager both standing at the desk as I walk in didn't even acknowledge me coming in, I said they're about 45 seconds and then a group of people came in and stepped up in front of me and they perked right up and ask them how they could help. I started to walk out and the woman said have a nice day. I'm 6' 4 and 300 pounds you can't miss me yet they did. After causing a scene I left. I will not return to ribs and Chops restaurant
The restaurant was fabulous. The scale of 5 out of 5 is not high enough. Keep up the good work.
