RecommendedBeen here almost a year, I like that its VERY quiet. The maintenance guys are on point and are usually very quick. The ladies in the leasing office are friendly and are usually very helpful.
My family and I have been here for two years and we love it! The staff is friendly and helpful. I like how quiet it is and how close to everything we are! Its definitely our favorite apartment complex we have ever lived in!!
I have a great experience staying here. The staff has been friendly and helpful to me. It’s a nice and quiet apartment I would recommend it to everybody. Keep up the good work.
My friend lives here unfortunately. She has had several problems and they won’t fix them for her! Highly recommend NOT getting into business with these individuals. Shame on them!
I do not recommend Riata Park Apartments anymore. I have lived here going on two years. My family started in a 2 bed 2 bath- we then switched to a 3 bed 2 bath once our first lease was up. I have been sick since switching apartments, my son has had a horrible cough. We moved in- in March 2020 and it’s now almost August 2020 and I just noticed mold growing on my son’s air vent. I contacted the office immediately and they had the maintenance guy come out and bleach the vent and replace it. I know that mold doesn’t just appear ... read more
I just moved in and I'm excited about being here. It has an off the beaten path vibe, it's a nice neighborhood and is a mile away from all the major Dallas Fort Worth freeways.
I have been a tenant for three months and so far it has been good. Maintenance responds quickly to repairs and the neighbors have been friendly.
So far we have had a great experience! Bethany was great and attentive during the application and move in process. We have now been here for three months and have had little to no issues- all maintenance issues have been fixed the same day or following day. Everyone has been friendly and fast acting.
DO NOT LEASE WITH THESE APARTMENTS, MANAGEMENT IN THE OFFICE SUCKS & GIVE INACCURATE INFORMATION!!!
