Verified Renter It’s a pretty good community. They have a lot of community events. The parking lot and spots are very tiny. You get dinged all the time. We had expensive parts stolen from our car. The pool is small but has a hot tub. The fitness center is pretty good.

Management Ruined This Place 601 Pax used to be good. Unfortunately, the high turnover of employees in the office has sent it downhill. Heres my experience since moving here in November 2023: 1.
