I have been dealing with this company for approximately 19 months. Until December 2024, the billing was correct and my Medicare and secondary insurance covered everything. In June of 2025, I started getting bills because my second insurance was telling me that they were not putting their Tax ID on their invoices. If I could give (minus) rating I would! This company is ridiculous! I hope they are monitoring my ICD better than they handle billing issues! I thoroughly agree with EVERY 1* REVIEW! Very very poor! At what point do they send your lack of payment to Collections? 🤨
These people make millions of dollars in healthcare yet they been harassing me for $25 measly dollars for past 6 months. I gotten a tree of mail every week. Two to three letters sometime in one day. Called them up gave the my new insurance, quiet for three weeks and boom two letters today. How thirsty can one company be.
Can’t get ahold of the billing department , they’re billing me when my insurance is supposed to be covering it. My insurance says they haven’t sent them a bill but they sure are sending me a bill. They better call me or something because if they send me a bill and it goes on my credit, I’m gonna sue them.
