Now that ive been moved put for over 2 years I can finally feel safe to say something. this is the WORST and most EXPENSIVE place I've ever lived. The land lords here will be nice to get you to sign and then spend a year either ignoring you or threaten you to do things they want you to do (or they will charge you). I Would Absolutely N O T recommend renting from any of their properties ‼️‼️ They rented out a Roach 🪳🪳 Infested apartment to me and my child. Due to the infestation, I broke my lease early and had to throw away pretty much everything I owned to make sure that the issue didn’t follow me to my next apartment. SAVE YOUR MONDY AND RENT ELSEWHERE ‼️‼️‼️💯
i paid thousands of dollars to be miserable for ten months straight because they refused to properly fix plumbing issues causing me inflated water prices despite the water company saying there is a constant leak showing on the smart meter, among many other issues, and then refused to renew my lease after the building and housing code enforcement found 9 violations ... including the "handy mans" work on the pipes under the house - all of his work was in violation of the building and housing code and they were not using a lice... read more
Rented from them. Sleazy ownership, ridiculously slow, maintenance, and even at the end ridiculous exit process. Unbelievably disappointing.
