It is impossible to contact them. We tried to schedule a tour, they never set a time and it was so difficult for the call to get picked up, the staff was very rude towards my partner. Then on our second try, a tour was scheduled and the day of, no one showed up and no one answered our calls. Horrible experience.

I initiated an inquire to see several properties here. Took so long to actually connect with someone that I forgot with all of my inquiries. I called and I was told the system was down and was forwarded to the showing agent voicemail. Left a message. In all it took about a week to get a return phone call from anyone to schedule an appointment to tour. When I finally spoke to someone. That persons tone wasn’t warm and friendly. Now that ive been moved put for over 2 years I can finally feel safe to say something. this is the WORST and most EXPENSIVE place I've ever lived. The land lords here will be nice to get you to sign and then spend a year either ignoring you or threaten you to do things they want you to do (or they will charge you). They will also never let you move out early even if youre willing to help them find someone else. They only care about getting money from you. I Would Absolutely N O T recommend renting from any of their properties ‼️‼️ They rented out a Roach 🪳🪳 Infested apartment to me and my child. Due to the infestation, I broke my lease early and had to throw away pretty much everything I owned to make sure that the issue didn’t follow me to my next apartment. SAVE YOUR MONDY AND RENT ELSEWHERE ‼️‼️‼️💯
