I have had a wonderful response from him and his staff. There has never been a time when I was not able to communicate with his team or with him. All my questions were answered without being rushed or made to feel that I didn't need an answer, or that my question was not worth response. The doctor is nice enough, but he didn't help at all. He said I need to see a rheumatologist, but his staff says that's not the case and refused to give me a referral. What!?!? His staff is the WORST I have ever encountered. They don't return calls and then get very angry when you call a second time. There is no level of concern or care for the patient by his staff on any level. The front desk staff (check in, etc.) is very friendly. But Dr. Rimoldi's so-called "team" gets an F on my report card. Can't get more than 3 minutes on an office visit. Sometimes he doesn't even cross the threshhold. Office staff don't answer the phone. Doctor doesn't listen and doesn't help. Physical therapists and home health nurses are doing their best without any input or help from the doctor. At this point, the patient looks to never recover from this surgery and the doctor isn't engaged enough to even know that the patient can't leave his bed. My husband had a IME with Rimoldi and even with a positive Discogram he stated that my husband was a "back surgery failure" and he should have to learn to live with the pain. I asked what he would do for his patients and he stated the same thing. Rimoldi stated that if the surgery in 2007 (single fusion) didnt help-- then nothing would. He looked at MRIs from 2006 (before 2nd surgery) and said nothing is different when the current MRI shows a herniated disc with leakage of contrast!! Would never recommend this office at all.... read more

very arrogant and demeaning. Barely looked at MRI and did a 3 minute exam. Told me to learn to live with the pain. I was warned to not go to him but it was too late to cancel..would have rather paid the cancellation fee that be in a room with that jerk...

He was very helpful when my insurance company was cooperating. When I began to have problems with my insurance he demonstrated less care.

Very BAD Doctor! I had a Spinal Cord Stimulator put in by him. After surgery, I was in a lot of PAIN! I call the nurse for more pain medicine. I can only give you a shot every 6 hours. I said it wasn't enough and she asked me if I had Kadian. I said at home. She told me I should of bought it with me. Dr. Ramoldi didn't order enough pain medicine. I won't let this Clown work on my back ever! He's a lot talk and not a good Doctor!

I felt very comfortable with him.I trusted him with my life, He had my BACKI!I am not the way GOD made me.But the constant horrible pain is gone!!!I am so thankful.
