Never have I had such an incredible dealing with a company as I had with Reyes Del Mar. The opal in my sailfish fell out during a accident and I spoke to Mr. Reyes about having it replaced. Even though they dont deal with the public, but instead sell through your jewelr, Mr. Reyes said that they stand behind their product and offered to replace it at no cost.
