All was good. Visiting the office is a real treat. The ambiance is soothing...never thought I would say that about a visit to the dentist!!!!
Dr B. and staff provide excellent dental health care! Current, state of the art Dental technology as well as exceptional cleanliness practices used. Highly recommend!

Dr. Jason Biena is the most meticulous orthodontist I have ever had the pleasure of getting dental work done with. He and his staff Theresa and Stephanie are very hospitable , down to earth and very informative of every step so that you’re aware of each process and reasoning of whatever needs to be done. I recently moved to the RTP area and Dentistry by Design was recommended to me by a few websites, so I decided to check them out. I am incredibly happy that I did, as Dr. B. went over all of the different parts of mouth, jaw, neck, and head muscles that all work together (well, they're supposed to) to help with chewing & biting. Dr. Bienia is a talented dentist. He takes the time to explain procedures and why he recommends them. Last year I reluctantly agreed to a night guard. I have worn it faithfully for about 4 months and I noticed my jaw no longer pops! Dr. B explained that this is a common side effect of a night guard, but they don't like to guarantee the results because they vary by individual. Not only are my teeth protected from my night grinding, I don't have any more jaw pain or popping! Thanks, Dr. B!
