Be aware KSU Parents and Students Revival on Main (“Revival”) is not trustworthy. We had a verbal agreement on leasing terms for a specific apartment, with that agreement documented inan email. Revival accepted our fee payments and then decided not to honor the agreement. The biggest issue was over the move-in date. They would not honor the agreed-upon move-in date, nor did they offer a compromise position.
