Susan and Rich are wonderful and make sure we are always enjoying our selves with their programs. Maintenance, Steve & Sarjay are great and always responsive.

Verified Renter The location is wonderful with so much to do with in walking distance. Covered parking vis awesome and repairs are done super fast. Love the free events and meetings our neighbors out while walking the dog.

Verified Renter Mainly I enjoy the location. Easy to get to several things by foot or car. And, festival season means I walk out my front door and enjoy the festivities. My only complaint is the noise from my upstairs neighbors.
