Be aware KSU Parents and Students Revival on Main (“Revival”) is not trustworthy. We had a verbal agreement on leasing terms for a specific apartment, with that agreement documented inan email. Revival accepted our fee payments and then decided not to honor the agreement. The biggest issue was over the move-in date. They would not honor the agreed-upon move-in date, nor did they offer a compromise position. Verified Renter Revival on Main is a high-end community with very nice apartments and facilities. There is a mix of residents ages from college students to retirees. The events team is excellent along with the staff who take care of everything quickly. The only negative is the pool area that is always under construction or unable to be open on time for some reason or another. For the price of rent, this amenity should be available as early in the season as possible.

Verified Renter I have lived at Revival for 7 years. The facility remains in really good condition because the maintenance folks do a terrific job. The property management team is knowledgeable and very helpful in whatever assistance one requires. Revival is also pet friendly, which results in many of the tenants belonging to a dog community.
