Stay Away Where to start...the train tracks across the street are live 24/7 so get used to the blaring of a train horn at all hours of the night. They conveniently fail to mention that when giving the tour. The parking deck is the most horribly designed parking deck I've ever experienced. You risk damage to your vehicle every single time you drive through. The elevators are a crap shoot as to if they will work when you push the call button. STAY AWAY, Place is falling apart and NOT kept up at all Since the new management has taking over last fall this place has became the joke of downtown Kennesaw Its just plan dirty, The stair wells has tobacco spit on them from last winter dirt cover the hand rails, The floor on the 4th floor is sinking REALLY Bad (Look for yourself on the side of the building the faces the cemetery) From the bad construction to the very bad management you have been warned STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!

Management is incompetent DONT rent from this place!!Since being taken over by a new owner problems are not dealt with in a timely manner and mostly not at all.I've had a neighbor making ridiculous noises to the point it became a screaming match and had to get the law involved.Although situation is hostile management refuses to allow me to transfer to another apt and allow neighbors to continue with their horror!!If you care about how well a property is managed DO not rent from this nightmare!!!
