I have lived here for a year and truly enjoy this community. Every single staff member is amazing and the property/homes are lovely. Never in a million years thought I would be able to call Alabama my new home but living here has made the transition to be 700 miles away a piece of cake and enjoyable :) Also love those ladies at the front office!

The staff were not nice. They lied to me multiple times. And tried to deceive me into signing a lease for the wrong floor plan. After that, they tried to get me to pay an extra $700 a month and sign a lease for the apartment they had originally promised me.
Best luxury apartments in Birmingham! Maintenance is quick and grounds are beautiful! The entire staff are friendly and courteous. I lived in the apartments for almost three years, and only moved bc we bought a house. Definitely recommend!!!
We have only been here about 5 months so far, but the leasing office is run exceptionally well. The front office staff are all joys to be around. The maintenance staff is superb, we could not ask for a better apartment community to live in. We love the garages, saltwater pool, and of course the dog park. This is a wonderful place to live.
Ladies that run the office are exceptional. Always willing to help, we were new to Alabama when we moved in & they were so fabulous!
Gorgeous property, the views are incredible! The location is perfect! Quiet, but still close to all that 280 has to offer.
