Today (July 11, 2018) was my first time shopping at Retool. I was surprised with the selection of tools as well as the great prices. I found some nice hand tools and an electric sander. I will be going back to get more tools over time. As a first-time homeowner I am glad that I found Retool. I can get quality used tools at a good price. I just wish I lived closer to Retool so I could shop there more often.

I have been going in retool pretty much since the day it opened. I feel very welcomed and comfortable with Dave and his staff. I can't say enough about the people and of cource the selection of tools and prices at retool. Dave is a great guy and I feel confident I can call him a friend. Good job guys.

When in there looking for a specific tool guy named Ryan helped me out. Showed me exactly what I need & showed me how to put in blade! Prices were great & I was very impressed with layout of store!
