They are extremely helpful with tools you already own as as what they sell. I had an issue with a tool and they gladly helped me fix it. The great service and prices are why I will be a loyal customer for years to come.

Great place if you want to buy stolen tools. The only customers they get is the people who are buying back their stolen tools. Promoting a business that doesn't see anything wrong with taken stolen goods and making the original owner pay for them isn't something I suggest. The owner thinks that he deserves to be reimbursed by the CITY for stolen goods. He verbally expressed how every other town does it and Rockford should start too. That's how you make your money?
