Great place if you want to buy stolen tools. The only customers they get is the people who are buying back their stolen tools. Promoting a business that doesn't see anything wrong with taken stolen goods and making the original owner pay for them isn't something I suggest. The owner thinks that he deserves to be reimbursed by the CITY for stolen goods. He verbally expressed how every other town does it and Rockford should start too. That's how you make your money?
