The Doctors, Technicians and Staff at Retinal Consultants are amazing. One of the best group of young professionals I have seen. In Chico I saw Hailey Daniels, Geovanni Garcia (who I think was in Sacramento, too) and Tabitha Smith. Dr. M. Chang and nurses and staff were terrific at the Center in Sacramento for surgery. I remember Jaime, Janet and Michael. All great Cindy in Surgery Scheduling - GREAT!
Dr Tsai was great, professional, knowledgeable and had great results from eye procedure
Dr Tsai is the bomb! He makes me feel that he would take the same approach with himself or his family. I never wonder if what he suggests for me is not what is best.
The new office on Park Center Drive has a more relaxed atmosphere. I have confidence in Dr. Tsai, he has maintained my remaining limited vision for which I am grateful.

I had retinal laser surgery which was rather painful with all the poking and prodding involved. However, Dr. Tsai listened to me and was kind and understanding.
He repaired my retinal tears today. I was very apprehensive, but he set me at ease with his simple, thorough explanations and his confident, calm manner. He inspired perfect confidence. I am so grateful!

Dr. Tsai and the supporting staff at Retinal Consultants were aces. On a visit from New York to see my sons in Grass Valley I began to experience floaters and visual flashes. Within minutes of calling the RC office I was able to secure a next day appointment. I had never seen a physician in Grass Valley and my employer based insurance was from New York.
