He’s always professional and sensitive to my loss of hearing. I was nervous at first when I first started treatment, but he makes me feel reassured and confident that everything is ok.
Dr Tsai has been my retinol doctor for over 8 years. He has been treating a vein occlusion for that time. In the meantime he discovered I had ocular lymphoma as a result of CNS lymphoma. He agreed with a regimen for treatment and has constantly reported his findings to my oncologist at UCSF medical center. I would recommend Dr Tsai to family and friends

Dr. Wendel of Retina Consultants in Roseville diagnosed a torn retina and immediately arranged for emergency surgery the next day. That surgery was completed by Dr. Tsai. I found him to be very professional and also very caring about my state of mind. He was positive and upbeat and made sure I knew what was going to happen and why. I was VERY impressed with everyone on staff that took care of me. At the risk of sounding like an Allstate commercial, I was in good hands! Thank you!
I first met Dr. Tsai because of a torn retina. He made me feel extremely comfortable (I was very nervous about my unexpected diagnosis of a retinal tear) & treated me with respect and care. His staff are very cordial, polite, helpful & caring.
