Dr. Tsai is unquestionably an excellent surgeon and successfully addressed my problem with great skill. But, he also very personable, respectful and kind. I so appreciated him! My only issue with the office was a long wait time.
Dr. Tsai is on time, professional, friendly and compassionate. I have had multiple shots in one eye and that is ALWAYS a stressful experience. Dr. Tsai makes it as pleasant as possible. Luckily he has helped me improve to the point I have not required a shot in several years now!

I just had Vitrectomy surgery to repair a macular hole two weeks ago. I had a lot of anxiety going in for the surgery but from the moment I entered the building on Greenback Lane, everyone was so wonderful! Dr. Tsai and all of the staff were so friendly and competent, explaining everything that was going to happen in great detail, my anxiety soon disappeared. The drugs probably helped a bit, too! :) I just had my first follow-up with Dr. Tsai and my eye is doing really well! Excellent job!!
I not only like this doctor, I consider him to be a miracle worker. Appparently, he is able to stop macular degeneration (wet kind) in its tracks. I certainly recommend him for any eye problems you may be experiencing.
I visited with Dr. Tsai the day after cataract surgery and found him to be a very patient, relaxing and well spoken man. He answered all my questions and helped to ease my concerns. He did not rush me out of the exam room like some do. Can't wait to visit with him again.
