Dr. Thomas Shane is a very thorough and considerate doctor. I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Shane in an unfortunate situation for myself. His staff and him were extremely kind, informative and explained every step of the process during my two visits. I am from out of state and it was comforting to me to get to see him with my situation; I felt only confident in his medical observation and diagnosis.
Very good first exam. Dr Shane’s is good communicator and explained everything very well. I highly recommend.

I am very impressed with Dr. Shane. I had been having vision problems for about 4 months and local optometrists were not helpful. I read reviews on line and scheduled with Dr. Shane, his office staff were very helpful and got me in the next day. I was impressed that the Dr. called me a few hours after I made the appointment and introduced himself. Appointment was no waiting, Thorough exam and prescription, Has solved my vision problem, sorry I didn't find him sooner!
Dr. Shane and his staff are very friendly and attentive. I was able to set my appointment within a week of my initial call, and the doctor himself called me the day before my appointment to answer any questions. I was taken to the back exactly on time, where a preliminary examination was done. That being said, I didn't see the doctor himself until 45 minutes past my appointment time. He took the time needed to understand my situation and explain potential diagnoses.
Very nice easy to speak with no rush. All the staff same way. I liked that he called me before appointment to introduce himself to me. Great.
