Dr. Shane and all of his staff exude competence and cheerfulness; they're one of the best organized offices I've visited. They have a unique practice of showing the graphics of of the patient's retina and explaining very clearly what is happening.
Referred by eye doctor. From the moment we walked in until we left it was a wonderful experience. Carlos was fantastic and caring, Dr. Dib patient and knowledgeable and Dr. Shane fantastic. Everyone explained what was going on all questions answered, and emergency procedure performed that day. Follow up appointment was just as good,even with the waiting room full,things moved along fast but never felt like we were rushed. Excellent care, would recommend to anyone needing a specialist. Having been troubled by significant floaters for 10 years, thanks to Dr Shane I now have clear 20/20 vision. More specifically, he found a developing retinal tear and repaired it as part of the vitrectomy procedure. I have been able to return to reading books again for the first time in 3 years. He is empathic, efficient and extremely talented. I can't recommend him more highly. PS, his office staff are exceptional too. What a team!!
We had called around to MANY places when my daughter began seeing floaters and we needed to get seen. The receptionist was kind and attentive listening to our background. She gave clear directions on how to reach the office, which was very helpful because we just moved from out of state. I discovered some vision blurring in right eye on 09/21 and was referred to Dr Shane. His office quickly scheduled appointment. It was determined that there was detachment of my retina. Very important to have surgery done within a week of onset. Surgery done on 09/26. Dr Shane thoroughly explained procedure and recovery process. I had the buckle and gas bubble procedure.
