I had wonderful care with Dr. Coney and staff. Office was very crowded but still received great care. Parking lot wasn't very handicap accessible.
When I came here I probably only had 20% view in my left eye. After my surgery and shots (13) my vision went to 80%. Big improvement! Excellent care. Dr. Coney eased my worries and concerns.
Have retinal detachment and surgery was something new and very scary. Dr Miller and his staff were very comforting, reassuring, really put me at ease, for the most part. I was overall extremely nervous. But they made me feel confident. The surgery was successful, so far so good. I can see. I did get it in time. Sue was so nice and helpful. If the other eye acts up, will have Dr. Miller take care of it.

I recently needed an injection in my eye for macular degeneration. I was very nervous. (My first one) Dr Zackof made me feel at ease and I didnt evev feel the shot. The staff also stayed with me and talked to me while numbing my eye with drops. I will be much more comfortable next time I have to go. They were all very compationate.
A fabulous surgeon and a wonderful man. I was diagnosed with two retinal tears and a ruptured blood vessel in my eye. I had an emergency appointment with Dr. Coney at his Youngstown office and surgery was scheduled for the next day. Dr. Coney was throughout in explaining my options and the possible risks of surgery and I was confident that my decision was the right one. The follow up appointment the day after surgery and subsequent visits with Dr. Coney were wonderful. Bravo!

This practice was a factory for geriatric patients with retinal problems. Dr. Miller put the wrong reason for my coming in the portal report, he was not up to date on recent concussion research with retinal problems and he was visibly rushed as was the staff to get the large number of patients in the waiting room through their visits. I'd been in a life threatening semi truck accident, but the doctor did not wish to discuss my eyes before and after the accident.
