I appreciate the fact that Dr Miller is up front with what I have going on. I'm happy that he is pleased with my progress. He is caring and great at what he does. I recommend his services.

The absolute worst. I was diagnosed with a tear in my retina by my opthalmologist, and referred to, and scheduled with Dr. Pendergast for repair the next day. Upon seeing him, Dr. Pendergast told me there was nothing wrong with my retina and sent me home. My vision continued to deteriorate, and I then went to UHHS Cleveland and was diagnosed with TWO holes in my retina. Truly unacceptable and appalling care from this provider, and the ombudsman doesn't seem to be too interested in what took place either.

Respectable, courteous staff. They are efficient with time spent in the office. Dr.Miller is very knowledgeable & breaks down information to make sure you understand your diagnosis.
One doctor handling so many patients was incapable. If you need a doctor with good bed side manners, Dr Miller may not work for you. He seems very competent, just no real interest in patient other than fixing issue, which is generally fine with me.

Dr. Miller is a great doctor. His staff is friendly yet efficient and professional. I had surgery on one eye. The procedure was explained in terms that were understandable. Unfortunately during this followup after the surgery, he found a problem with my other eye. He showed me the issue and explained the options, allowing me to make an informed decision. I believe that everyone cared about me as a person not just a number. I trust him and highly recommend him. They truly care about their patients.
