Pleasant, personable and pretty, period. Bright enough to answer the phone and maybe fill out paperwork. A prime example of the deterioration of the medical field.
Eight years ago, Dr. Coney performed surgery to correct my severe case of Macular Degeneration and I have been checking back with him yearly ever since. He is a "No Nonsense" type doctor that thoroughly explains the condition and options and follows through. If you are dealing with a similar condition, I highly recommend you have him take care of you.
Dr. Coney is always friendly, attentive and up on the latest and greatest technology for my therapies. I'm very pleased with his office and staff as well.

I saw Dr. Coney for a retinal tear. His office was able to give me an appointment quickly. He spent time answering my questions on the laser procedure he was about to perform in his office. He was professional and patient for this appointment as well as the follow up appointment a week later to ensure my eye was healing.
The doctor takes time to explain so that you understand your problem and the extent of damage and its effects.
I would give Dr. Rao 6 stars if I could. My experience with him (for a detached retina) and his office was outstanding. He is professional and caring. He takes time to connect with patients and make sure that any questions and concerns are met. I highly recommend Dr. Rao and Retina Associates of Cleveland.
